Introducing Instagram Support for Creator Tracking

Track Instagram Reels Like a Pro, Without the Spreadsheet Headaches. If you've been managing TikTok creator campaigns with us for a while, you already know how much easier life gets when the data just shows up. No manual exports, no chasing numbers. Today, that same experience comes to Instagram Reels.

You can now add any public Instagram account to your dashboard and watch the performance data roll in automatically. Views, likes, comments, engagement rates, virality signals, all of it syncing every six hours without you lifting a finger.

What you're actually getting

Beyond just seeing the numbers, you get the full picture: post-level analytics for every Reel, daily historical metrics going back up to a year, and the ability to group Instagram and TikTok creators together in the same campaign collections. One leaderboard. Two platforms. Zero tab-switching.

One thing worth knowing upfront: Instagram doesn't make shares and bookmarks data publicly available, so those metrics remain TikTok-only for now. Everything else (views, likes, comments, engagement rates, publishing activity) works exactly the same across both platforms.

We also quietly fixed something that was bugging us

Alongside the Instagram launch, we rebuilt the entire data syncing infrastructure from scratch. Refreshes are now twice as fast and noticeably more reliable. New posts show up faster, metrics update more consistently, and on-demand syncs that used to take a few minutes now finish in seconds. This applies to everyone on every plan, so nothing you need to do on your end.

Getting started takes about 30 seconds

  1. Hit the + button under "Accounts" in your dashboard
  2. Choose Instagram from the platform dropdown
  3. Enter the creator's handle
  4. That's it, first sync kicks off automatically

You can mix Instagram and TikTok accounts in the same collections from day one, so there's no need to reorganize anything you've already built.

What plan do you need?

Instagram tracking is included on all plans: Free, Pro, and Unlimited. Instagram accounts count toward your existing account limits (3 on Free, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Unlimited), so if you're already close to your cap it's worth keeping that in mind.

Otherwise? Go add some accounts.
